Supports date range filtering for longitudinal clinical trend analysis.

Medication History Review

Fetch active and completed medication requests for medication reconciliation and drug interaction checking. The MedicationRequest resource includes drug name, dosage instructions, prescriber, dispensing pharmacy, and status.
